What is the Experience?

We’re adventurers. Freedom fighters. Fed up with “normal.” Seekers. Radicals. People with a mission.

We’re families. We’re singles. We’re young adults. We come from a variety of backgrounds and places.

We’re people who want more from life. We’re people that want more—more meaning, more purpose, more adventure, more intimacy, more change, more life, more of an experience.

We believe that the way to find all of this is in dismantling the stereotypes, the assumptions, and the tired traditions and digging down to find what is important and what is real.

We’ve found that this lies in one place—a revolutionary experience with God—not the “dead” God of formalities and tradition, but the living God. More than a “force” or an “idea.” Bigger than the god that “is in all of us.” The God that breaks through any constraints we put Him in, and declares that He alone will define Himself.

This experience with God compels us to change the world. In simple ways. In little ways. In practical ways. It commands that we make a difference in people’s lives—whether they are on this mission to find more or not.

This experience with God compels us to come into community with each other and to build that community. A community where we are all searchers who make mistakes, run into dead ends, and sometimes trip and fall—a community where it’s safe to be human and real.

This experience compels us to bring others to see what we have found. Better than an awesome movie or the greatest donut ever invented—we believe this experience must be shared.
